1)Waterproof and Mildew-proof
SPC flooring is primarily made of CaCO3 (limestone powder), so it performs well when exposed to water. It is also resistant to mildew even in humid weather conditions.
2)Fire Retardant
Most deaths in fire accidents are caused by smoke and toxic gases generated during burning. The fire rating of SPC flooring reaches NFPA CLASS B class, it extinguishes the flame within 5 seconds, thus preventing the emission of toxic gases that can take lives.
3)Formaldehyde Free
SPC flooring is made of CaCO3 & PVC powder, containes no harmful materials such as formaldehyde and heavy metal.
4)No Lead Salt
The Stabilizing agent of SPC flooring is calcium zinc, no heavy metal like lead salt.
5) Dimension Stability
SPC flooring is better at dimension stability compared to traditional WPC or laminate material.
6) Super Anti-abrasion
SPC flooring has a wear layer on top that protects it from scratches and impacts.
